These Terms govern your use of RIM Vocab (the "App"), provided by Rim N Hoff (the "Developer"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

The App provides English vocabulary learning (flashcards, dictation, multiple choice), a personal word list, a review (wrong-answer) note, learning statistics, and reminders.

2. License

The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes under these Terms.

3. Learning Data

Learning records and progress are stored on your device and removed when the App is uninstalled.
The App does not provide cloud backup or cross-device synchronization of learning data.
Words, meanings, and other content are for reference only, and accuracy is not guaranteed.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Reverse engineering, decompiling, unauthorized copying/distribution, or creating derivative works of the App.
Use that infringes others' rights or violates any law.
Any act that disrupts the normal operation of the App.

5. Ads & In-App Purchases

The App is free and may include ads (Google AdMob). In-app purchases let you access certain features such as removing ads; payments and refunds follow Google Play policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the App and its content belong to the Developer.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided "as-is." The Developer does not warrant that it will operate error-free or be fit for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for data loss or indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the App.

9. Changes & Discontinuation

The Developer may change the App's features or discontinue the service without prior notice.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may change when necessary; changes are posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are subject to the competent court.

본 약관은 Rim N Hoff(이하 "개발자")이 제공하는 RIM 단어장(이하 "앱")의 이용 조건을 규정합니다. 앱을 설치하거나 사용함으로써 사용자는 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

1. 서비스 내용

앱은 영단어 학습(플래시카드·받아쓰기·객관식), 내 단어장, 오답 노트, 학습 통계 및 리마인더 등의 기능을 제공합니다.

2. 이용 허락

개발자는 사용자에게 본 약관에 따라 앱을 개인적·비상업적으로 이용할 수 있는 비독점적·양도 불가능한 권리를 부여합니다.

3. 학습 데이터

학습 기록·진도 등의 데이터는 기기 내부에 저장되며, 앱 삭제 시 함께 제거됩니다.
앱은 학습 데이터의 클라우드 백업이나 기기 간 동기화를 제공하지 않습니다.
제공되는 단어·뜻 등 학습 콘텐츠는 참고용이며, 정확성을 보증하지 않습니다.

4. 금지 행위

앱의 역공학, 디컴파일, 무단 복제·배포 또는 2차적 저작물 작성
타인의 권리를 침해하거나 법령을 위반하는 용도의 사용
앱의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위

5. 광고 및 인앱 결제

앱은 무료로 제공되며 광고(Google AdMob)가 포함될 수 있습니다. 인앱 결제를 통해 광고 제거 등 일부 기능을 이용할 수 있으며, 결제 및 환불은 Google Play 정책을 따릅니다.

6. 지식재산권

앱 및 관련 콘텐츠에 대한 모든 권리는 개발자에게 있습니다.

7. 보증의 부인

앱은 "있는 그대로(as-is)" 제공됩니다. 개발자는 앱이 오류 없이 작동하거나 특정 목적에 적합함을 보증하지 않습니다.

8. 책임의 제한

관련 법령이 허용하는 범위 내에서, 개발자는 앱 사용으로 인해 발생한 데이터 손실이나 간접·부수적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.

9. 서비스 변경 및 중단

개발자는 사전 통지 없이 앱의 기능을 변경하거나 서비스 제공을 중단할 수 있습니다.

10. 약관의 변경

본 약관은 필요 시 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 사항은 이 페이지에 게시됩니다. 변경 후 계속 사용하는 경우 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

11. 준거법

본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 분쟁은 관할 법원에 따릅니다.
