내집 알리미(이하 "앱")는 LH·SH·한국부동산원(청약홈) 등 공공기관이 공개하는 주택 공고 정보를 모아 보여주고 새 공고를 알려주는 정보 제공·알림 보조 서비스입니다. 앱은 회원가입·로그인이 없으며, 이름·연락처·주민등록번호 등 개인을 식별할 수 있는 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
관심 지역·유형은 서버에 저장되지 않습니다. 선택하신 조건에 해당하는 알림 주제(topic)를 기기가 구독하는 방식으로만 사용되므로, 서버는 어떤 조건으로 알림을 보낼지만 알 뿐 특정 사용자가 누구인지 알지 못합니다.
앱은 무료로 제공되며 운영을 위해 Google AdMob 광고를 표시합니다. 인앱 결제나 유료 상품은 없습니다.
맞춤 광고를 원하지 않으시면 기기 설정에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다 (설정 > 개인정보 보호 > 광고 — 제조사·OS 버전에 따라 경로가 다를 수 있습니다). 광고 ID를 삭제해도 앱은 계속 사용할 수 있으며, 이 경우 비개인화 광고가 표시될 수 있습니다.
앱은 다음 제3자 서비스를 사용하며, 각 서비스는 자체 방침에 따라 데이터를 처리합니다.
위 목적 외에 이용자의 정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다.
위 제3자(Google)는 데이터를 대한민국 밖(예: 미국)에서 처리할 수 있습니다. 이러한 이전은 EU 표준계약조항(SCCs) 등 적법한 보호장치에 따라 이루어집니다.
앱은 개인을 식별할 수 있는 정보를 수집하지 않으므로 개별 열람·정정 대상 정보를 보유하지 않습니다. 기기에 저장된 정보는 앱 삭제로 즉시 삭제할 수 있으며, 광고 식별자에 대한 권리는 3항의 기기 설정을 통해 행사할 수 있습니다. 그 밖의 문의는 11항의 연락처로 요청하실 수 있습니다.
앱은 주택 공고 정보를 다루는 성인 대상 서비스로, 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.
앱이 제공하는 공고 정보는 공공기관 공개 데이터를 가공한 참고용 정보이며 정확성·완전성·최신성을 보증하지 않습니다. 실제 신청은 청약홈·LH청약플러스·SH 등 공식 채널의 모집공고문을 확인하시기 바랍니다. LH·SH·청약홈 및 각 단지 브랜드명은 각 소유자의 상표이며, 앱은 이들과 제휴·후원 관계가 없는 독립된 정보 뷰어입니다.
본 방침이 변경되면 이 페이지에 변경 내용과 시행일을 게시합니다.

NaeJip Alrimi (the "App") aggregates publicly available housing announcements published by Korean public institutions (LH, SH, Korea Real Estate Board) and notifies users of new listings. The App has no sign-up or login and does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, contact details, or national ID.
Your selected regions and types are never stored on a server. The device simply subscribes to the corresponding notification topics, so the server knows only which conditions a message targets — not who you are.
The App is free and displays Google AdMob ads to support operation. There are no in-app purchases.
If you prefer not to receive personalized ads, you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads; the path may vary by manufacturer and OS version). You can continue using the App; non-personalized ads may be shown instead.
We do not sell or otherwise provide your information to third parties beyond the purposes above.
The third parties above (Google) may process data outside the Republic of Korea (for example, in the United States). Such transfers rely on lawful safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Because the App does not collect personally identifiable information, we hold no records subject to individual access or rectification. Data stored on your device is removed by uninstalling the App, and rights relating to the Advertising ID can be exercised through the device settings described in Section 3. For other inquiries, please contact us using the details in Section 12.
The App concerns housing announcements and is intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Listing information is derived from public data and provided for reference only; we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Always verify official announcements through Cheongyakhome, LH Cheongyak Plus, SH, or other official channels before applying. LH, SH, Cheongyakhome, and complex brand names are trademarks of their respective owners; the App is an independent viewer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
